AEXO Return & Refund Policy

🔁 Returns — 7 Days

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be intact
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:
- Order ID  
- Product name  
- Reason for return  
- Images (if applicable)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔄 Return Approval & Process

- Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm if your return is approved  
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back  
- Reverse pickup may be arranged where serviceable  

🚚 Return Shipping

- Reverse pickup will be provided in selected locations  
- In other cases, customers may be required to ship the product to us.

💸 Refunds

- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval  
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days  
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges, subject to product availability.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
- Share clear images for faster resolution  

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

- Used or worn products  
- Items without original tags or packaging  
- Products purchased under final sale / clearance (if applicable)
